# Can I use your virtual offices as a return address?

We only accept parcels from clients with a [Virtual Office](https://virtually-there.net/virtual-offices/?hsLang=en) subscription at these addresses:

- Bristol, Henleaze
- London, Mayfair
- Newcastle, Collingwood Street
- Glasgow, West George Street

All parcels are stored at our Bristol Henleaze office and cannot be collected from other locations. You must collect the parcels yourself from the Henleaze address or arrange for a courier to collect them on your behalf. 

All parcels must be picked up from us within **4 weeks**; after four weeks all parcels are securely destroyed.
