How do I change my billing date?

You can update the billing date for your monthly or annual subscription in the Portal. Here’s how:

  1. Log into the portal and go to the 'Invoicing & Payments' tab.
  2. On the right hand side, you'll see your current billing date under the billing date section.

  4. Click Save to view the prorated charges that will apply.

  5. Click Confirm to accept the charges and update your billing date. Prorated charges (if any) will be applied immediately, and your subscription will renew on your selected date going forward.

Can I change my billing date if I have overdue invoices?

  • Yes, you can change your billing date if you have only one overdue invoice.
  • However, if you have multiple overdue invoices, you’ll need to pay the outstanding balance before selecting a new billing date.
