Email Notification Settings

Control the email notifications that you and your team receive via the Portal.

  1. Log in to the Portal and click on the 'Members and Teams' tab at the bottom of the menu.

  2. Click edit to select the email notifications each team member receives.

  3. There are three different types of email notifications sent via the Portal:
    1. Verification
      Receive AML notifications for your company and stay updated when ID verification is required or needs to be updated. It is important that at least one user receives these notifications as they are crucial to keeping your account working properly. By default, the primary contact (who signed up for the service) will receive verification email notifications.
    2. Invoicing and payments
      Receive invoice notifications and payment reminders when a payment is overdue. By default, the primary contact (who signed up for the service) will receive invoicing and payment email notifications.
    3. Receives post under this name
      Enables the team member to receive post addressed to them. Please make sure that correspondence is also addressed to the company using the full virtual address provided.
