How can I update my payment details?

You can update your payment details from your Virtually There Portal. Here’s how to log in.

Once you’ve accessed your Virtually There Portal, follow these steps:

How To Update Your Billing Address

  1. Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Invoicing & Payments’ tab 
  2. Under ‘Billing Address’, you’ll find your current billing address
  3. Update your billing address details where appropriate and click ‘Save Billing Address’

How To Update Your Payment Method

  1. Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Invoicing & Payments’ tab 
  2. Under ‘Payment Methods’ on the right of the screen, you’ll find your ‘Primary’ payment method
  3. Under your payment method, click ‘+ Add Payment Method’
  4. Add your new payment details, set it as ‘Primary Payment Method’ and click ‘Save’.
  5. Under 'Payment Methods', click 'Make Primary' next to your new card details and click 'Delete' next to your old card details

How To Change The Recipient Of Your Payment Notifications

  1. Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Invoicing & Payments’ tab 
  2. Under ‘Payment Notifications’, you’ll find your current recipient's email address
  3. Replace this email address with the new recipient's email address and click ‘Save’

How To Add More Recipients To Your Payment Notifications

  1. Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Invoicing & Payments’ tab 
  2. Under ‘Payment Notifications’, you’ll find your current recipient's email address
  3. Click 'Add email'
  4. In the empty field that appears, type in the email address that you want to send payment notifications to.
  5. Once you have added all the email addresses you want to receive these notifications, click 'Save'
