You can update your payment details from your Virtually There Portal. Here’s how to log in.
Once you’ve accessed your Virtually There Portal, follow these steps:
How To Update Your Billing Address
- Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Invoicing & Payments’ tab
- Under ‘Billing Address’, you’ll find your current billing address
- Update your billing address details where appropriate and click ‘Save Billing Address’
How To Update Your Payment Method
- Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Invoicing & Payments’ tab
- Under ‘Payment Methods’ on the right of the screen, you’ll find your ‘Primary’ payment method
- Under your payment method, click ‘+ Add Payment Method’
- Add your new payment details, set it as ‘Primary Payment Method’ and click ‘Save’.
- Under 'Payment Methods', click 'Make Primary' next to your new card details and click 'Delete' next to your old card details
How To Change The Recipient Of Your Payment Notifications
- Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Invoicing & Payments’ tab
- Under ‘Payment Notifications’, you’ll find your current recipient's email address
- Replace this email address with the new recipient's email address and click ‘Save’
How To Add More Recipients To Your Payment Notifications
- Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Invoicing & Payments’ tab
- Under ‘Payment Notifications’, you’ll find your current recipient's email address
- Click 'Add email'
- In the empty field that appears, type in the email address that you want to send payment notifications to.
- Once you have added all the email addresses you want to receive these notifications, click 'Save'
