We allow you to cancel any time and benefit from our services until the end of your current billing period.
There are two ways to cancel your subscription.
Cancel from the Virtually There Portal:
- Log in to the Virtually There Portal (here's how)
- Select the subscription on the left you want to cancel
- In the horizontal green bar, click the edit subscription icon next to your subscription's price
- Select 'Cancel Subscription'
- A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to confirm the cancellation of your subscription.
