The email you sign up with automatically becomes your account email address, which you’ll need to sign in to your Virtually There Portal.
At some point, you may want to replace this email address with another. Here is how you update your account email address:
- First, log in to your Virtually There Portal. Here's how to log in.
- Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Members & Teams’ icon. This will take you to the ‘Members’ screen.
- The account holder’s details can be seen in the top left tile. Click the green ‘Edit’ button in the bottom right of this tile.
- Under ‘Email’, replace the existing email address with your new account email address
- Click ‘Save’
Note: changing the account holder name in this tile may mean you need to resubmit your anti-money laundering form if you have a Virtual Office or Registered Company Address subscription.
