      How to cancel a Virtually There subscription

      You can manage your subscriptions, account details, and more from your Virtually There Portal. Here’s how to log in.

      Once you’ve accessed your Virtually There Portal, follow these steps:

      1. Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Subscriptions Settings’ tab  Subscription Icon
      2. Under ‘Subscription Settings’ select the service you want to cancel
      3. Navigate to the top right and click the edit subscription symbol  CAncel Subscriotion icon
      4. A box will appear with the option to ‘Cancel Subscription’

      5. Click ‘Cancel Subscription’

      6. A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to confirm the cancellation of your subscription.
