Every person that calls your number is saved as a contact. You can view and edit their details, review their call history and block them from calling you again.
To do this, you’ll need to log in to your Virtually There Portal. Here’s how to log in.
How to view your contacts and their call history
Once you’ve accessed your Virtually There Portal, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Contacts’ tab. Here you will find all your contacts.
- Select the contact you would like to review
- Under ‘Activity History’, you will find all the calls this contact has made to your number. Each call record will give the call time and date, the call label, the call duration and the call breakdown.
How to edit your contacts’ details
- Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Contacts’ tab. Here you will find all your contacts.
- Select the contact you would like to edit
- Click the green ‘Edit Contact’ button. A pop-up box will appear.
- Here you can edit the first name, second name, company name, email addresses and secondary phone number by clicking on the relevant field or the green plus symbol under an empty field
- Once finished with your edits, click the green ‘Confirm’ button
How to block a contact from calling again
- Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Contacts’ tab. Here you will find all your contacts.
- Select the contact you would like to block
- Under the contact’s details, set the green toggle to ‘Blocked’. A pop-up box will appear.
- Click the green ‘Confirm’ button in the pop-up box to block this contact
