How To Set Up Your Virtual Office Or Registered Company Address Subscription

You can complete the set-up of your Virtual Office or Registered Company Address subscription from your Virtually There Portal. Here’s how to log in.

Once you’ve accessed your Virtually There Portal, complete the following tasks to activate your new virtual address and make the most of your new business address.

AML Checks

Before we can release your new virtual address in full, you need to complete anti-money laundering (AML) checks as directed by the UK Government.

You must provide a copy of your photo ID and proof of your residential address to pass AML checks. Here’s our list of accepted documents for AML submission.

Any post we receive at your virtual address will be stored for you until we verify that you have passed these checks.

Once we receive your documents, we will be in touch to let you know if your documents have passed verification.
