Do I have the correct subscription?
The virtual address service you have determines the types of mail we can forward to you. Here's a full explanation of the differences.
Virtual Office subscriptions are trading addresses and are suitable for all business purposes except for registering a company with Companies House.
Mail received from Companies House or HMRC will not be forwarded to you as this is not authorised with a Virtual Office subscription. All mail received from Companies House or HMRC will be returned to the sender.
Registered Company Address subscriptions are for registering your company with Companies House.
Mail received from Companies House or HMRC WILL be forwarded to your inbox or nominated address depending on your preference.
Registered Company Address subscriptions CANNOT be used as a trading address on your website, marketing materials, invoices, business cards, directories and other platforms.
Mail received from any sender other than Companies House or HMRC will not be forwarded and returned to the sender.
