# Why am I being asked for another document?

## Don’t worry, this is completely normal! Sometimes we need a little extra information to finish verifying your details.

It doesn’t mean there’s a problem, just that something in your documents needs a quick check or confirmation before we can activate your account.

**Common reasons we might ask for more**

- Your ID or proof of address has expired or isn’t fully visible
- The name or address on your documents doesn’t exactly match your application
- The file uploaded was blurry or cropped
- You’re based overseas and we need a certified or notarised copy
- Your business type or ownership structure requires an additional verification step (for example, confirming a company director or shareholder)

**What to do next**

Simply upload the requested document through the Virtually There Portal.  
As soon as it’s received, our team will re-check and confirm your account, usually within one working day.

Extra checks are there to protect both you and your business.  
Once it’s done, you’ll be fully active and ready to use your new address or mail services right away!
