No. Virtually There does not store or maintain statutory company records (such as the Register of Members or PSC Register) as part of the Registered Office service.

Our service is limited to the receipt, scanning, and forwarding of official government correspondence. Clients remain solely responsible for maintaining and storing their statutory records at a suitable physical location (such as their own office or accountant’s premises).
