Yes. We believe in short, flexible contracts. When you subscribe to any of our monthly plans, simply cancel your subscription from your Virtually There Portal (here's how to cancel), and we'll terminate your subscription at the end of your current monthly service period.
If you have an annual subscription, any cancellation request you submit will take effect from your next renewal date (as long as our address is no longer in use).
No pro rata refunds are offered with the annual service, as these packages are sold at a discounted rate, but our highly experienced and dedicated customer service team is always here to help.
