Getting started with Virtually There is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below to set up your virtual address and any additional services.
Setting up a Virtual Address Subscription
1. Choose Your Location

Visit the Virtually There website and browse our UK-wide Virtual Office Locations.

Once you’ve chosen your preferred location, click the ‘Buy now’ button to proceed to your shopping cart.
2. Select Your Services

In the shopping cart, you’ll see options to add extra services such as:

Registered Office Address (for Companies House)
- Virtual Landline
- Mail forwarding and scanning

Tick any services you’d like to include.
Note: If you select Call Answering, it won’t be billed at checkout. A member of our team will contact you directly to confirm your requirements and pricing.

On the right-hand side of the screen, choose between monthly or annual billing.

Once you’re happy with your selections, click ‘Continue’.
3. Enter Your Account Details

Add the account holder’s first name, last name, phone number, and email address.

Click the green ‘Continue’ button to move on.
4. Billing Information

Enter your company name. If your company isn’t registered yet, just enter your proposed name for now — you can update it with your official company number later.

Fill in your billing address (this must match your payment method).

Add your payment details, we accept both Direct Debit and Card payments.

Review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at the bottom of the page.

Tick the box to agree to our terms, then click the green ‘Confirm & Buy’ button.
5. Complete Your Setup

You’ll be redirected into your new Virtually There account.

If applicable, enter your Company Registration Number.

You’ll then be prompted to complete your AML (Anti-Money Laundering) check.
