How To Create A Virtually There Account

Setting up a call answering service or virtual office subscription is fast and simple.

If you do not have an existing subscription with us, then you will need to create an account. This can be done in as little as 60 seconds. Here’s how:

Create Account page

  1. From the Virtually There website, click on the ‘Login’ button in the top right of the screen

Choose Your Virtual Address Services page

  1. Click ‘Sign Up With Google’ to create an account with your Gmail address or input your email address under ‘Email’ and click ‘Sign Up’. Here you’ll be directed to the ‘Select Your Services' pages.
  2. To choose a ‘Virtual Office’ or ‘Registered Company Address’ subscription, click the green ‘Select’ button next to your chosen service. Here is our guide to the difference between these services.
  3. A window will appear with all the locations available for each service. Click the location you want to subscribe to. 
  4. A drop-down menu will appear with options to enhance your subscription. Add any of these services by clicking the box to the left of the add-on service.
  5. Once happy with your service selection, click ‘Continue’ in the bottom right of the screen. This will take you to the Call Answering Service options.

  1. To subscribe to a Virtual Receptionist service, click the green ‘Select’ button to the right of the service. Here’s more information about our Virtual Receptionist service.
  2. To subscribe to a Virtual Personal Assistant service, click-and-hold the circular slider under the ‘Virtual Personal Assistant’ heading and drag it laterally to the position relevant to the call-handling minutes you want to subscribe to monthly. Then click the green ‘Select’ button to the right of the service. Here's more information about our Virtual Personal Assistant service. 
  3. To subscribe to a Virtual Landline service, click the green ‘Select’ button to the right of the service. Here’s more information about our Virtual Landline service.
  4. Once happy with your service selection, click ‘Continue’ in the bottom right of the screen. This will take you to the Account Details page.

Account Details page

  1. Input the Account Holder’s First name, last name, phone number and email address.
  2. Once these fields are filled, click the green ‘Continue to Billing’ button in the bottom right of the screen.

Billing Details page

  1. Complete the billing form with the requested account details
  2. Next, in the bottom right, select whether to pay your subscription via Direct Debit or Credit or Debit card
    1. If you select ‘Pay with Direct Debit‘, you’ll be taken to a secure page to enter in your remaining Direct Debit information
    2. If you select Pay with Mastercard/Visa card’, a box will appear below with fields for your card number, expiry date and CVC number
  3. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in the bottom right of the screen
  4. To agree to our terms and confirm your purchase, click the box to the left of ‘I agree to Terms of Service and Privacy & Marketing Policy.’ and click the green ‘Confirm & Buy’ button
