What is the difference between a Virtual Office and a Registered Company Address?

Virtual Office subscription

A Virtual Office is a trading address for you to use on your business website, marketing materials, invoices, business cards, directories and more.

This subscription CANNOT be used to register your company with Companies House. 

Mail received from Companies House or HMRC will not be forwarded to you as this is not authorised by this subscription. All mail received from Companies House or HMRC will be returned to the sender. 

You can rent a virtual office in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Cardiff and Liverpool.

Registered Company Address subscription

A Registered Company Address is a virtual address you can use when registering your company with Companies House.

Mail received from Companies House or HMRC WILL be uploaded to your activity feed and forwarded to your inbox or nominated address depending on your preference.

This subscription CANNOT be used as a trading address on your website, marketing materials, invoices, business cards, directories and other platforms.

Mail received NOT from Companies House or HMRC will not be forwarded to you as this is not authorised by this subscription. All mail received NOT from Companies House or HMRC will be returned to the sender.
