Where can I view my mail?

You can view, print, download and forward physical copies of all scanned mail from your Virtually There Portal. Here’s how to log in.

How to view your scanned mail 

Once you’ve accessed your Virtually There Portal, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Virtually There Portal.

2. From the left-hand menu, click Activity.

3. If you have multiple companies with us, choose which post you want to view.

4. Your mail history will appear below. Click the item picture of what you want to view.

5. A window will open with information about that piece of mail
6. Click the PDF button below "scanned documents" to view the scan of your post
