The differences between Virtual Office and Registered Company Address subscriptions affect the service you receive. This makes it important for you to understand how they differ.
To use your virtual address for all business purposes and to receive mail from all senders, you need to activate both a Virtual Office and Registered Company Address subscriptions.
To add a Registered Company Address subscription to your account:
- Log in to your Virtually There Portal. Here's how to log in.
- Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Subscriptions Settings’ tab.
- In the grey window on the top right, click the "Registered Company Address" button.
- A box will appear outlining the costs; check this and press confirm.
- The Registered Address service has now been added to your account.
To add a Virtual Office subscription to your account:
- Log in to your Virtually There Portal. Here's how to log in.
- Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Subscriptions Settings’ tab.
- Under ‘Subscription Settings’ select the 'Add' button; a window will appear with our Virtual Office address options.
- From the window, select the Virtual Office you prefer.
- A box will appear outlining the costs; check this and press confirm.
- Choose who you want notifications about this office to be sent too from the next pop-up window.
- The Virtual Office has now been added to your account.
You can rent a virtual office in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Cardiff and Liverpool.
