How to add a Virtual Office or Registered Company Address subscription

The differences between Virtual Office and Registered Company Address subscriptions affect the service you receive. This makes it important for you to understand how they differ.

To use your virtual address for all business purposes and to receive mail from all senders, you need to activate both a Virtual Office and Registered Company Address subscriptions.

To add a Registered Company Address subscription to your account:

  1. Log in to your Virtually There Portal. Here's how to log in.
  2. Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Subscriptions Settings’ tab.
  3. Under ‘Subscription Settings’ select the 'Add Now' button next to the option 'Add Another Subscription'.
  4. A box will appear with 3 subscription options. Select the 'Registered Address' option
  5. From the window, select the Registered Company Address you prefer.
  6. Click ‘Confirm’ in the new window that will appear

To add a Virtual Office subscription to your account:

  1. Log in to your Virtually There Portal. Here's how to log in.
  2. Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Subscriptions Settings’ tab.
  3. Under ‘Subscription Settings’ select the 'Add Now' button next to the option 'Add Another Subscription'.
  4. A box will appear with 3 subscription options. Select the 'Virtual Office’ option
  5. From the window, select the Registered Company Address you prefer.
  6. Click ‘Confirm’ in the new window that will appear
