How to download your scanned mail

You can view, print, download and forward physical copies of all scanned mail from your Virtually There Portal. Here’s how to log in.

Once you’ve accessed your Virtually There Portal, follow these steps:

Navigate to the left sidebar and select the ‘Dashboard’ tab.
Next to ‘Activity Feed’, select the button labelled ‘All Subscriptions’.
From the dropdown menu, select the virtual address service you want to view mail from. Your mail history will appear below.
Select the PDF icon on the far right of the mail you want to view. A sidebar should appear on the right side of your screen.
In the right sidebar, you will see your scanned mail. To download this scanned mail, click the ‘ Forward me this post’ button below the image.
